The continued spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Canada and around the world has understandably raised concerns for you and your families. At Rent it Furnished, the well-being of our valued clients and employees is of the deepest concern to us. We want you to know that your safety will remain our top priority as this situation continues to evolve.

We continue to monitor the situation closely and are following the latest guidance from local, provincial and federal health authorities, including the Public Health Agency of Canada, to ensure that our practices are aligned with the latest recommendations.

We are prepared to do everything we can to ensure your rental experience continues uninterrupted. There are a variety of flexible ways to connect with us for appointments to ensure your real estate needs are addressed safely. Although individual appointments and showings are still being conducted by our agents when needed, we are also recommending video conference showings and meetings via Zoom when possible. Your agent and our company remain reachable via email and by phone. 

Property Management services and all reporting functions are uninterrupted at this time and are anticipated to remain as such with robust systems and automated processes in place. For any incidents that require us to physically attend to your property, all precautions will be implemented to keep all attendees safe during appointments. At this time, we are not anticipating any delays or interruptions in our tenant placement or property management services provided. 

 We will do our best to guide you.

You may have questions about the rental and real estate markets and how this situation affects your property or tenancy. Please know that our team is available to help guide you and your family through these turbulent times. There will be changes to how we manage the rental process specifically related to showings, listing presentations, and any other appointments scheduled at your property and your agent will be able to discuss the options with you.
